It is a kind of dessert known to the Chinese community. Known for its cooling and thirst-quenching properties, I suggest you (those who are interested) should try them out. Can be found at most hawker court centre and normally sold by Drink and Beverages counter. But this one, is a bit unique with cocktails!
Ingredients: 1.Lai Chee (lye chee) fruit) 2. Pineapple fruit 3. White fungus (edible one of course) 4. Agar - Agar (Malay name for a type of jelly) 5. Longan (Dragon Eye) fruit 6. honey Dates 7.Loo Han Gou (Buddha's Fruit) - flavour 8. Rambutan Fruit 9. Sea Coconut slice
This one, I found it at Seberang Jaya, Seberang Prai - Penang.
