This piece of delicacy can be found at Restoran Kheng Lim (Kheng Lim Restaurant) at Gunung Rapat, Ipoh, Perak.

If you going down to Batu Gajah (Kellie's Castle and waterfalls), don't forget to drop by to Tanjung Tualang for a good meal of fresh water prawn and crabs. There are many restaurants who can serve you this delicious but we chose Sin Mee Fong restaurant (located by side of a junction, near the market).
We ordered 5 dishes food for the price of RM106.00. I don't know if it is cheap, but it tasted good. The dishes were;
1. Freshwater crabs cooked in spicy hot flavour 2. Medium sized prawns cooked in dried salt with ginger flavour 3. Choi Tou - small sized pak choy (vegetable) 4. Yee Mein - noodle stiry fry with choy sum (vegetable) 5. Bean Curd - a type of deep fried tofu served with black soaked ginger Pei Tan (a type of egg)
Don't forget to try the Wan Tau Long, a type of Jelly Drink served with chilled mashed ice and lime juice. I nearly forgot about this drink which used to be quite popular at hawker's court. I wondered if they are serving?

Has anyone heard of Olympus Four-Third (4/3) system camera?
Well, this is the latest Olympus 8 Megapixel Digital SLR camera. The Four Thirds System is not based on existing standards for 35 mm film SLR camera system lenses, but uses a new common standard for the flexibility of changing lens between different camera brands.
The Four Thirds System uses a 4/3-type CCD or other image sensor (possible CMOS), that maximise image sensor performance and ensure outstanding image quality. The Four Thirds type sensor is TWICE the size of the two thirds (2/3) type sensor, which is commonly used in many digital cameras. Simply put it, the 4/3 image sensor size is almost the same as the 35 mm film rolls.
The Four Thirds system provides the optimal balance between;
1. image quality (capturing more light "directly" = ensuring sharp details and colours = higher image quality) 2. system compactness (smaller and compact design for SLR) 3. and flexibility (interchangeable lens and body of different camera brands).

 After the Ipoh Half-Marathon, my Nike shoe is getting worn out. My preference is Adidas. The shoe company is getting better in terms of their build quality, material and style of design.
Adidas has launched its state of the art piece called Adidas A1. The main attraction of this shoe is that it has a microprocessor chip that sits beneath the shoe base. The microprocessor is intelligent in a way that it can control and adjust the cushion which helps to provide support and comfortable level to the runner's feet.
Well, what is the cost of it? haha...it is priced at $250 and you can go figure out the exchange rate in our currency.
I think I will stick back to my old nike shoe!
